PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases made through Mistables.com. Mistables is owned and operated by Imagine Technologies, Inc.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a Mistables subscription, you authorize recurring deliveries based on the product, delivery frequency and price displayed when you enroll.

Your payment information is stored securely by Shopify or the applicable payment provider. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order until you cancel the subscription.

Unless a specific subscription offer states otherwise, there is no minimum purchase commitment.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Mistables subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency selected during enrollment until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

We will provide subscription confirmations, reminders and notices as required by applicable law.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may manage your subscription through the subscription-management link provided in your order confirmation email or customer account.

Depending on the options available through your subscription account, you may be able to:

• Change your delivery frequency

• Change your next shipment date

• Skip an upcoming delivery

• Pause your subscription

• Update your shipping address

• Update your payment method

• Cancel your subscription

Changes must be completed before the next recurring order has been processed.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.

Subscriptions created online may be canceled online through your customer account or subscription-management link. You may also request cancellation by emailing support@mistables.com.

Cancellation takes effect immediately for future recurring orders. If a recurring order has already been charged or entered processing before the cancellation request is completed, that order cannot automatically be canceled. The cancellation will prevent subsequent subscription renewals.

Any already-processed order is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICE CHANGES

If the price or other material terms of your subscription change, we will provide advance notice as required by applicable law.

The notice will explain the change, when it will take effect and how you may cancel your subscription.

Promotional or introductory subscription pricing may end according to the terms displayed when you enroll.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we or our subscription provider may attempt to process the payment again and may notify you to update your payment information.

If payment cannot be completed after the permitted attempts, the associated shipment may be delayed and the subscription may be paused or canceled.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically return or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.
