Mistables Sleep is a spearmint-flavored dietary supplement spray containing melatonin, 5-HTP, L-Theanine, and a botanical blend. A compact addition to your bedtime routine—no pills to swallow or gummies to chew.
Before first use, activate the pump by pressing it 4–6 times. Shake gently. Following the label directions, use up to 8 sprays under the tongue at bedtime, hold for 15–60 seconds, then swallow. Use only at bedtime and read all label warnings before use.
Each 14.4 mL tube contains approximately 240 sprays—about 30 servings at 8 sprays per serving. How long it lasts depends on how often you use it.
